There are more than 40 varieties of soups, 5 types being served daily, including the traditional Capeletti Soup and 4 other different soups.
SOUP ON ITALIAN BREAD
The recipe has everything to do with winter and consists of a warm soup, in various flavors, as a bonus of coming inside a round bread - in the end, it is still possible to savor it.
CHEF'S TIP: It goes great with a glass of red wine on cold days.
